Makiko serves as the Accounting Lead at Remis & Merius, overseeing the firm’s bookkeeping and financial reporting operations across all client accounts. With nearly two years of experience under Udai CPA, she brings a strong foundation in client service, attention to detail, and process management.

In her role, Makiko ensures that all client books are accurate, reconciled, and tax-ready. She coordinates closely with the bookkeeping and tax teams to maintain quality control, consistency, and timely reporting. Makiko also manages day-to-day accounting workflows and provides regular reporting to firm leadership.
